How far in advance do I need to order?

To ensure that we provide you with the freshest and highest quality cupcakes, we request that you place your order at least 3-5 days in advance. This lead time allows Danielle to ensure that every detail is tailored specifically for you. For weddings and other large orders, we recommend providing us with as much notice as possible. However, we understand that last-minute needs and unexpected events arise. In such cases, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on our availability. How long will my cupcakes stay fresh? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Our cupcakes are baked fresh every day using high-quality ingredients, and we take pride in delivering the freshest and most delicious cupcakes to our customers. When stored properly, our cupcakes can stay fresh for up to five days after purchase. To maintain their freshness, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, or heat. You can keep them at room temperature or in the refrigerator. If you do refrigerate your cupcakes, please store them in an airtight container to prevent drying out or absorbing odors from other foods. Before serving, bring the cupcakes to room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors and texture to fully develop.

Can I freeze the cupcakes?

Absolutely! You can freeze your gifted cupcakes to enjoy them later. Here are some tips to ensure they stay fresh:

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

We offer delivery to St. Petersburg for $12 and delivery to the surrounding Tampa Bay area for a fee of $25.00. Unfortunately, we do not have a pick-up location and do not deliver outside of the Tampa Bay area at this time.

What if no one is home to accept the delivery?

We offer a convenient and reliable delivery service to your home or office. If nobody is home to accept the delivery, our delivery person will leave the cupcakes in a safe and secure location, such as your front porch, lobby, or reception area. The recipient will be notified by our courier if this occurs.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We do not offer same day delivery. Our cupcake bouquets are carefully crafted and decorated, ensuring each one meets Danielle’s high standards. To maintain this quality, all orders are baked and decorated to order. However, I will always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do you service events and weddings?

Yes, our cupcake arrangements are perfect as edible floral centerpieces or as your main cake for events and weddings. We can customize the size and color to meet your specific requirements.

Can you make gluten-free cupcakes?
